C. Harper Auto Group is expanding its Business Development Center (BDC) and is looking for motivated, professional Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to build a career with one of the region's established automotive groups.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a BDC Customer Service Specialist, you'll be one of the first points of contact for C. Harper customers and play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience.

• Handle approximately 80 150 inbound customer calls per day

• Answer customer questions professionally and accurately

• Schedule service appointments across multiple C. Harper dealership locations

• Match customer needs with available service appointments

• Enter and maintain customer information in dealership databases

• Conduct post-service follow-up and customer satisfaction surveys

• Work closely with dealership service departments

• Participate in training and ongoing development programs

• Help deliver the level of customer service C. Harper customers expect

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle a high-volume phone environment

• Comfortable working with computers and customer databases

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• CRM experience preferred, but training is available

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Call center or customer service experience is a plus

• Desire to learn, grow, and advance
