Service BDC Guest Relations – Empire Automotive Group
A strong first impression is essential in the automotive service experience. As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be the welcoming and helpful voice for customers reaching out with their service needs. This role offers a base salary plus commission, providing competitive earning potential based on performance.
Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers on upcoming or overdue service needs
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM tracking system
• Foster positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management
• Participate in team and process development sessions to enhance efficienc
Qualifications
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and driven to succeed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Strong listening skills and an empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer‑facing or phone‑based support role
• Friendly, enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to a positive team culture
• Receptive to constructive feedback and focused on continuous improvement
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask effectivel
