We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC Sales Representative to join our sales team in Keene and Swanzey, NH.

Job Summary:

The Automotive BDC Sales Representative is responsible for managing all incoming internet and phone inquiries, following up with potential customers, and scheduling qualified sales appointments. This position plays a key role in driving dealership sales success by creating positive first impressions and supporting the sales team in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all phone, email, and online sales inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales department.
  • Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to develop effective lead-handling strategies.
  • Stay informed about vehicle inventory, features, and current promotions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly appointment and sales conversion goals.
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and customer-focused experience at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads.
  • Energetic, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
