Empire Automotive Group – Toyota Automall, Green Brook, NJ   Experienced BDC Sales Representative

Empire Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing, experienced BDC Sales Representative to join our Toyota Automall in Green Brook. We are looking specifically for candidates with proven BDC experience—individuals who understand the pace, expectations, and customer engagement standards of a successful automotive Business Development Center.

As a BDC Sales Representative, you will serve as the professional first point of contact for customers, managing inbound/outbound communications, verifying and processing leads, and supporting sales opportunities for both new and pre-owned vehicles across our dealerships. This role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments.

• BDC experience required—automotive BDC background strongly preferred
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
• Ability to manage high lead volume with accuracy and urgency

• Proven ability to set and confirm appointments that drive showroom traffic

 Your Daily Work Schedule:

• Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries through email, phone, and text
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to convert customer inquiries into appointments
• Receive incoming customer calls and establish follow‑ups for sales appointments
• Provide accurate product knowledge and guide customers to the appropriate dealership resources
• Deliver timely follow‑ups to customer questions, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support the sales team with a friendly, helpful approach while addressing inquiries on both new and pre‑owned vehicles
• Utilize the CRM daily, accurately entering and tracking all information to support the sales team in closing opportunities
• Work collaboratively with fellow BDC representatives, maintaining a respectful, team‑focused environment
• Participate in team meetings and process development sessions, building strong relationships with teammates, sales staff, and management
