As an Automotive Biller, qualified candidates should have experience in :
- Preparing finance contract packages to be sent to lender
- Processing vehicle lien payoffs
- Filing
- Processing extended warranty contracts
- Managing accounting schedules
- Other general associated duties assigned by management
- Billing New and Used Car Deal.
- Submitting Motor Vehicle paperwork to complete registration(s).
- Plating
- Police book
- Stocking in new and used cars, auction cars
- Posting dmv checks
- Title correction
- Out of state plates motor vehicle
- Duplicate titles
- Help braking deals down for banks
Position Requirements
- Previous Automobile Finance experience required.
- proven track record in running an automobile billing.
- Strong work ethic, telephone and customer handling skills
- Strong follow up skills
- Positive attitude.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
