Automotive Billing Clerk

Voss Auto Network is looking for a Billing Clerk to join our Network Office team! We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and ensuring that paperwork and transactions are accurate and completed on time. The primary responsibility of the Billing Clerk is to accurately record new and used vehicle sales deals in the accounting system(Reynolds and Reynolds), verifying that relief of inventory, profit, and commissions are recorded properly and in a timely manner.  Voss Auto Network Full-Time BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401k2 weeks vacation after first yearHoliday Pay and Sick PayNo WeekendsEmployee Discounts on Parts and Services3rd Party Discounts Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the billing clerk are: Organize all deal paperwork, checking for completeness while preparing funding packages for financial institutions and title paperwork for title clerks. Process payoff checks for customer trade-ins. Bill new and used vehicle deals in the accounting system, communicating with managers if there is a profit discrepancy or incomplete paperwork.  Apply for factory incentives on a franchise-specific basis Review accounting schedules related to the billing process; follow up on any aged items that require researchProvide additional administrative support as neededAny other duties as assigned by the accounting manager as determined by skill, desire to grow and learn new things, and time availability.  Qualifications:What We're Looking For:Previous billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with numbers and financial informationExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work independently while also being a team playerStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAutomotive dealership experience is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen Apply online or in person today!332 Congress Park DriveCenterville OH 45459
