Autos of Chicago-Arlington Heights is looking for a Body Shop Supervisor / Manager to take charge of our growing in-house body shop operation.


This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to step into a fresh, developing body shop with strong internal workflow and the ability to build additional business.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee all body shop operations and workflow
  • Manage repairs for dealership inventory and customer vehicles
  • Ensure quality control and timely completion of all jobs
  • Work closely with service and sales departments
  • Order parts and manage vendor relationships
  • Track labor, materials, and job profitability
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop environment

Requirements


  • Body shop experience required
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Experience with estimating and repair processes preferred
