Perform high-quality body repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Structural and non-structural repairs
Frame measuring and straightening
Replace and repair panels
Ensure all work meets OEM and safety standards
Work collaboratively with estimators and painters to deliver on-time results
3+ years of automotive body shop experience required
I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and equipment
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Competitive flat-rate pay (80K -100K++)
