   What you’ll do:

  Oversee the parts ordering process from start to finish
•    Communicate with Techs and Estimators in a friendly and professional mannerRead and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts
•    Review body shop estimates to verify the parts are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate to place orderProvide high level service to both internal and external customers
•    Check in Parts to ensure accuracy of order and that no damage existsNotify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
•    Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessaryMake sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
•    Make sure Credits are received for returned Parts

  Keys to success: 

  Prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)
•    Eager to work in a dynamic work environmentStrong interpersonal and time management skills
•    Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documentsAbility to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volumeValid driver's license and clean driving record
