Compensation:$18 hourly + commission
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and online chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard at every interaction.
- Handle incoming internet leads (eLeads) and respond promptly via call, text, and email.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to new and existing prospects
- Use Tecobi for SMS campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
- Set, confirm, and manage sales appointments with a high show rate
- Coordinate with marketing to create and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and boost engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is always available to the team.
Qualifications:- Minimum 1–2 years Automotive BDC experience (REQUIRED).
- Hands-on experience with eLeads, Tecobi, and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to make outbound sales calls and handle objections.
- Proven track record of setting appointments and increasing show rates.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual preferred (ENGLISH AND SPANISH).
