Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments
- Reschedule missed service appointments
- Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
- Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
- Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
- Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience a plus
- Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen prior to employment
