Ed Morse is currently seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Collecting payment from all service and parts customers
- Daily reconciliation for service and parts
- Incoming telephone calls, answering customer’s questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships
- Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments
- Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs
- Ordering office suppplies
- Accounts Receivable Receipting
- Fleet Claims submissions and follow-up
- Customer Service calls
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule availability 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Must possess general computer skills
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- CDK experience preferred
- 1-2 years experience preferred
