Friendly work schedule, 40 hour work week, 5 days a week.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Client Relations & Renewal Specialist, you will be the trusted voice of our brand, managing client accounts and ensuring continued engagement with our services. Your role centers on personalized outreach, thoughtful communication, and high-touch relationship management with clients who are nearing renewal. This is a relationship-driven position.
