Client Relations & Renewal Specialist 
We are a rapidly growing luxury brand committed to delivering exceptional service to every client. As we expand, we are seeking a polished yet forward-thinking Client Relations & Renewal Specialist to join our team. Our clients expect the highest standard of professionalism, attention and care — and we expect the same from our team. 

                                 Friendly work schedule, 40 hour work week, 5 days a week.
                                                             Salary Plus Bonus Pay Plan.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Client Relations & Renewal Specialist, you will be the trusted voice of our brand, managing client accounts and ensuring continued engagement with our services. Your role centers on personalized outreach, thoughtful communication, and high-touch relationship management with clients who are nearing renewal. This is a relationship-driven position.
