Firkins CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Manager to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will oversee the operations of our collision center, ensuring high-quality repair services, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow management. You will lead a skilled team of technicians and coordinate with insurance companies and customers to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the collision repair center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in vehicle repairs and customer service are consistently met.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate estimates, approvals, and claims processing.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Train, mentor, and develop collision center employees to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving for total customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in collision center management or a similar role within the automotive repair industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive collision repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
