Introduction
We are seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our busy automotive repair team in Helena, Montana. This Monday through Friday position offers $18-$22/hour, excellent benefits beginning on day one, and the opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced facility with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and service requests.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times to customers.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate customer information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Tag vehicle keys, assign and label repair order (ARO) numbers, and organize keys on the key board.
- Check customers in using AutoVitals, including documenting digital vehicle inspections (DVI), recording odometer readings, and uploading vehicle photos.
- Capture a profile photo of each vehicle during the check-in process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of automotive industry experience.
- Three or more years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
