We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team in DeSoto, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times to customers.
- Open and close repair orders accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to support efficient workflow.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive industry experience.
- Three or more years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
