Automotive Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: DeSoto, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of automotive industry experience and 3 or more years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times.
- Open and close repair orders.
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 to $22.00/Hourly
