Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5pm

What You'll Do
- Answer and direct customer phone calls, live chats, and emails.
- Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after the sale.
- Resolve customer order issues, including returns, warranties, shipping concerns, and product-related inquiries.
- Research and identify parts using diagrams, schematics, and product documentation.
- Assist customers with product selection and compatibility questions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of automotive systems and parts drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
