Automotive Customer Service/Service BDR

Overview: 

Vann York Automotive Group is currently hiring for a Customer Service/Service BDR. This position works in a fast-paced atmosphere and is responsible for making outgoing calls and setting appointments for potential business. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a daily average of 100 outgoing calls.  
• Call previous day’s showroom ups. 
• Take new car phone ups. 
• T. O. phone calls on all customers that don’t appoint (pricing and availability). 
• Call all unsold prospects 
• Answer all overflow fast ring calls. 
• Confirm appointments. 
• Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads
• Maintain open communication with the Internet Manager and Sales Managers. 
• Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership’s interest when communicating with customers. 

Requirements: 

• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent and professional communication skills are a must
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Must be dependable
