Automotive Customer Service Specialist/Service Advisor In Billings Mt; Competitive Wage; Dealer Has Great Reputation

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that excels in customer service.  Job duties would include:

• Greeting clients at the service department write up area.
• Checking in clients at the service department write up area
• Answering phones in the service department at peak call times
• Portering cars around the service department

Additional duties could include:

• Writing customer repair orders
• Performing service and parts follow up calls
• Scheduling service department appointments

Our dealership is open Monday through Saturday.  Wages and schedule are flexible.  We are primarily seeking to fill a part time position; however, full time could be discussed based on applicants desire and ability.
