Yipes! Auto Accessories & Graphics is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our fast-paced team. You will do more than standard mechanics—you will customize vehicles, install high-tech electronics, and perform essential maintenance like brake repairs and spray-on bedliner preps.
Key Responsibilities
Accessory Installation: Mount truck caps, tonneau covers, lift kits, step bars, audio equipment, and heated seats.
Electronics & Upfitting: Wire and install remote car starters, emergency/municipal lighting, and GPS units.
Bedliners & Protection: Prep trucks and apply industry-leading spray-on bedliners and undercoating.
Mechanical Service: Perform routine inspections, diagnose and repair vehicle brake systems and rotors.
Fleet Upfitting: Configure commercial vans and trucks with custom storage packages.
Graphics: Experience with graphics installation and window tinting preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in automotive repair, accessories, or 12-volt electronics.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to use standard shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new customization techniques.
