The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, organized, and thrives on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound scripted calls with current and prospective customers

• Respond to internet leads, customer emails, and chat inquiries

• Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows

• Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special campaigns

• Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls

• Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer database

• Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

• Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, coachable, and motivated to succeed

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Tech-savvy with strong PC and internet skills

• Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• Hourly pay + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses
