Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience and High CSI is required.

Responsibilities - Experienced Dealership Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance, greet customers when they arrive, offer additional services and special promotions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work. ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our service department
- Maintain high CSI scores
Requirements - Experienced Dealership Service Advisor:
- Required: Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience
and high CSI - Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Dependable, pleasant, energetic, and conscientious
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
