Join Subaru Evergreen Park as an Automotive Dealership Telemarketing Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Part Time team member. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting with prospective buyers, managing inbound and outbound communications, and driving sales opportunities. This position requires availability of afternoon into late evenings and 9-6 Saturday shifts, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work hours outside standard business times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and appointments.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert prospects into scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales leads in the computer system.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest to nurture leads and encourage dealership visits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer hand-off.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers and customer data software.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
