C. Harper CDJR in Connellsville is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Detailer to join our growing team.

Previous professional detailing experience is preferred - but it is not required. We're willing to train someone who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the desire to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Detail new, pre-owned and customer vehicles

• Wash and thoroughly clean vehicle exteriors

• Vacuum and detail vehicle interiors

• Clean carpets, upholstery, dashboards, glass and interior surfaces

• Polish, wax and buff vehicle finishes

• Apply protective products to vehicle interiors and exteriors

• Perform minor touch-up and cosmetic work when needed

• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and dealership display

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet C. Harper quality standards

• Maintain detailing equipment, tools and supplies

• Keep the detail department clean, organized and safe

• Assist with vehicle flow for the sales and service departments

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred - not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Excellent attention to detail

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
