WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Wash and detail new and pre-owned vehicles

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors

• Vacuum carpets, seats and cargo areas

• Clean windows, dashboards, consoles and interior surfaces

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors

• Polish and wax vehicles

• Clean wheels and tires

• Apply interior and exterior protective products

• Buff vehicles when necessary

• Perform minor cosmetic touch-up work when appropriate

• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery

• Prepare vehicles for the sales department and showroom

• Prepare service vehicles for customer pickup

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards

• Help maintain proper vehicle flow throughout the dealership

• Keep the detail department clean and organized

• Properly maintain detailing equipment and supplies

• Follow dealership safety procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive detailing experience preferred but not required

• We will train the right candidate

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent attention to detail

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines

• Pride in producing high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
