As an Automotive Detailer, you’ll play a key role in making sure our vehicles look flawless — inside and out. Your work directly impacts our customer satisfaction and the overall presentation of our inventory.
You’ll be responsible for:
Cleaning, waxing, buffing, and detailing vehicles (new, used, and collision repair)
Inspecting vehicles to ensure a spotless, high-quality finish
Meeting customer or dealership-specific detailing requirements
Operating detailing tools and equipment safely and effectively
Reporting any vehicle damage or issues to your supervisor promptly
Maintaining a clean, organized work area
Working closely with your teammates to complete tasks efficiently
Upholding the highest quality standards to represent Walt Massey with pride
Performing other tasks as assigned
A positive attitude and “can-do” mentality
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Friendly, team-oriented personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Eagerness to learn and improve your skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
