We are looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with vehicles, and have a strong attention to detail, we'd love to meet you. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and floor mats.
Clean windows, mirrors, and all glass surfaces.
Apply wax, polish, and protective coatings to maintain vehicle appearance.
Remove dirt, dust, and debris from all vehicle surfaces.
Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and report any issues to management.
Pick up and deliver parts between our dealership and other local dealerships.
Drive to our sister store each morning to retrieve needed parts.
Maintain the appearance of the dealership lot, including basic lawn care.
Shuttle customers to and from requested destinations while their vehicle is being serviced.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
Place stock documentation in vehicles as directed.
Move vehicles around the lot as instructed by the Service Manager and according to dealership standards.
Keep the dealership clean by emptying trash, tidying service bays, cleaning driveways and sidewalks, and removing snow or debris when necessary.
Fuel new and used vehicles as directed by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
Previous detailing or car wash experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to safely operate vehicles and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements:
Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
