Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner

Haddad Hyundai is seeking a motivated Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. This role involves preparing vehicles for sale by cleaning, detailing, and performing minor reconditioning tasks to ensure each car meets our high standards of quality and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects and perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery to customers by ensuring they are in showroom condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and tools.
• Report any significant vehicle damage or maintenance issues to the management team.
• Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly vehicle preparation goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
