Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner

Haddad Subaru is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the showroom quality of all automobiles on our lot. Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean vehicles, both interior and exterior, to showroom quality standards.
• Perform washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and other detailing tasks.
• Recondition vehicles by addressing minor repairs, touch-ups, and cosmetic fixes.
• Ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition prior to customer delivery or display.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
