• Electrical diagnosis and repair
• Check engine light diagnosis
• Network communication (CAN/LIN) faults
• Engine performance and drivability concerns

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, drivability, and performance concerns
• Utilize factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on engine, transmission, HVAC, steering, suspension, and electrical systems
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Perform Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
• Mentor and assist other technicians with difficult diagnostic concerns
• Stay current on manufacturer procedures and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic experience required
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with factory scan tools and diagnostic software
• ASE Master or L1 Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to diagnose intermittent and complex vehicle concerns
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
