Steven Automotive Group is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team. We are a family-owned automotive group with six dealerships, representing:

• Steven Kia

• Steven Nissan

• Steven Toyota

• Steven Hyundai

• Steven Honda

• Steven Ford

The Opportunity

As an Experienced Automotive Salesperson, you will work directly with customers throughout the vehicle purchase process. You will build relationships, present vehicles, conduct test drives, follow up with customers, and help create an exceptional buying experience.

What You'll Do

• Work with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide an exceptional experience.

• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.

• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.

• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers.

• Negotiate and structure vehicle deals professionally.

• Utilize the dealership CRM and sales tools effectively.

• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.

• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and other dealership departments.

• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, products, features, and incentives.

Compensation

$100,000+ ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL
