What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll build your technical skills while helping keep our customers' vehicles performing at their best.

• Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services
• Complete vehicle safety and multi-point inspections
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels
• Check tires, adjust tire pressure, and identify potential concerns
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Work according to dealership and manufacturer quality standards
• Coordinate with the Parts Department when parts are needed
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Properly care for customer vehicles while completing services

What We're Looking For

Preferred

• Previous Express, Lube, or Maintenance Technician experience
• Automotive technical school education or training
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge

Required

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable and coachable attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Desire to learn, develop new skills, and advance your automotive career
• Commitment to providing quality workmanship
