EasyCare is conducting a search on behalf of our dealer partners for an experienced Automotive Finance Director. This opportunity is with a well-established dealership group in the greater Omaha market. If you have a proven history of leading high performing F&I teams, delivering exceptional profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high performing F&I department focused on profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and hold Finance Managers accountable for performance
- Drive department productivity while maintaining ethical and compliant business practices
- Manage all aspects of dealership finance operations including lender approvals, funding, documentation, and product sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
- Partner with dealership leadership to improve F&I performance and overall dealership profitability
- Monitor key performance metrics including PVR, product penetrations, funding, and chargebacks
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through transparent and professional processes
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of successful automotive F&I experience
- Previous Finance Director or proven leadership experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success managing and developing teams
- Strong lender relationships and deep knowledge of automotive lending
- Proven record of maximizing F&I profitability while maintaining compliance
- Strong knowledge of menu selling, compliance, and dealership operations
- Experience with dealership technology platforms
- Outstanding leadership, communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Professional appearance and commitment to customer satisfaction
