Are you an experienced F&I professional who takes pride in running an organized, efficient finance department—not just selling products?

Hawkins Chevrolet is growing, and we're looking for an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager who is ready to take ownership of the daily operations of our finance department.

Responsibilities:
• Present finance and protection products to customers.
• Structure automotive finance deals.
• Submit and manage credit applications through Dealertrack.
• Work with lenders to secure approvals.
• Fund contracts and follow up on outstanding stipulations.
• Ensure deal jackets are complete and delivered to accounting promptly.
• Maintain compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal requirements.
• Work closely with the sales and accounting departments.
• Assist with implementing e-contracting.

What We're Looking For:
• Previous automotive F&I experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Takes ownership of every deal from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of lender guidelines and funding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and customer-focused.
