Automotive Finance Manager – Butler, PA

Diehl of Butler is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager in Butler, Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager who can help our customers secure the right financing while maximizing dealership performance and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

Automotive Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Arrange financing and leasing for new and pre-owned vehicle customers
• Submit credit applications to banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and other financial institutions
• Structure automotive loans and lease agreements
• Present financing options clearly and professionally to customers
• Present and sell F&I products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, extended coverage, maintenance plans, and other available protection products
• Review contracts, disclosures, finance documents, and required paperwork with customers
• Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
• Maintain accurate and complete finance documentation
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure efficient deal flow
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive lenders
• Monitor contracts in transit and assist with funding issues
• Maintain strong F&I performance while providing an excellent customer experience
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality throughout the financing process

Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership F&I or Finance Manager experience is strongly preferred.

Successful candidates should have:

• Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or dealership finance experience
• Knowledge of automotive lending and credit approval processes
• Experience with vehicle loans, leases, and dealership F&I products
• Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Understanding of automotive finance compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively with multiple lenders
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license

Experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, Dealership Business Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Finance Director, Automotive Sales Professional, or other dealership management professional is a plus.
