We're immediately hiring a Finance Manager for our Ford dealership in Mechanicsburg, PA!

The Finance Manager has three very distinct areas of responsibility, working with customers, sales people and sales managers to deliver their vehicles, which includes preparing and signing all the necessary paperwork, arranging financing for all customers, and selling products to enhance the customer's ownership period.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, including loan and lease options
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments
