Okoboji Motor Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager to join our high-performing dealership in Spirit Lake, Iowa.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the finance and vehicle protection product purchasing process
  • Present finance and insurance products using a professional F&I menu presentation
  • Structure automotive finance deals and obtain approvals from lending institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
  • Offer vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other F&I products that fit each customer’s needs
  • Ensure all finance documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and federal laws
  • Maintain full compliance with all lender, state, federal, and manufacturer requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth customer purchasing experience
  • Review credit applications and determine financing solutions for customers across a wide range of credit profiles
  • Meet and exceed finance product penetration and profitability goals
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain organized deal jackets and ensure timely funding of all contracts

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, Finance & Insurance Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, or Desk Manager preferred
  • Proven success in automotive finance and product sales
  • Strong knowledge of automotive lending, finance products, compliance, and dealership operations
  • Experience working with lender portals and dealership management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to build trust and explain financing options clearly
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance
  • Technology-driven with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
