Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off – Weekends required, 9am - 8pm

What You'll Do
The Floor Manager plays a critical role in developing the sales team and maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Train, motivate, coach, and monitor Sales Consultants.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new Sales Consultants.
- Collaborate with the GSM, GM, and Sales Managers on staffing decisions.
- Support sales training initiatives and performance development programs.
- Ensure proper floor coverage and staffing at all times.
- Assist with and close deals when necessary.
- Ensure customers are greeted promptly and professionally.
- Monitor CRM activity, prospect tracking, and follow‑up processes.
- Develop action plans for Sales Consultants working to improve performance.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and online review ratings.
- Provide recommendations regarding coaching, performance improvement plans, corrective action, and employee development.
- Help merchandise and promote new and used vehicle inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous Automotive Management experience required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
