We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our automotive business to continued growth. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive location

  • Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and accountability

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations

  • Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency

Qualifications
