JB Auto Care serves the Weymouth community with a strong commitment to honest recommendations, quality repairs, and a great customer experience. The shop operates seven days a week, and this position requires weekend availability, including Saturday and Sunday, with three additional weekdays scheduled and two days off each week.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filter replacements, and other general maintenance
• Inspect vehicles and communicate findings clearly to the service and technician teams
• Assist with tire service, batteries, brakes, and light mechanical repairs based on experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use shop equipment and tools responsibly
• Follow JB Auto Care procedures and quality standards
• Support teammates and help keep work moving efficiently through the shop

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive maintenance or general service experience is preferred
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work Saturday and Sunday
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety
• Team-first communication and a professional approach
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to lift automotive parts, tires, and equipment and remain active throughout the workday
