This position supports multiple automotive service locations and serves as the first impression for thousands of customers every year.

The ideal candidate thrives on the phone, enjoys helping people, and understands how to guide conversations toward solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule appointments
• Assist customers with service inquiries
• Follow up on leads and opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Coordinate with multiple service locations
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous call center, inside sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Comfortable using multiple software systems
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Ability to work independently from home
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
