Qualified Staffing is hiring Installers for our client, a leading truck equipment manufacturer, and we want you!If you have a strong mechanical background, enjoy working with tools, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!
Schedule:Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available based on production needs.Pay Rate:
  • Level 1: $19.00 per hour
  • Level 2: $21.00 per hour
  • Level 3: $23.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Install service bodies, platforms, dump bodies, van packages, hoists, electrical components, ladder racks, Sortimo units, and other truck equipment.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Perform mechanical assembly while meeting production and quality standards.
  • Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete installations safely and accurately.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a production environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience in the truck equipment, automotive, or related industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work against production standards and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
  • Must provide your own basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
