What You'll Do
As an Automotive Internet Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for turning online interest into real dealership opportunities. You'll respond to inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and help set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
You'll also create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement.
