Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • $25-$30/hour based on experience

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • 401(k) with 3% company match after one year
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (available after 90 days)
  • Paid Time Off and paid holidays
  • Stable, full-time career with a successful multi-location automotive company
  • High-impact role where your organization and attention to detail truly matter
  • Modern shop management software (Tekmetric)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture with opportunities to grow

We move fast — and so should you.

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Complete a quick phone interview with our AI assistant "Paige" (takes about 10 minutes)

After you apply, you'll receive an automated text message with a phone number you can call at your convenience to complete the interview. Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As our Inventory & Parts Manager, you'll oversee inventory accuracy, vendor reconciliation, and inventory controls across four shop locations while ensuring every parts transaction is properly documented and accounted for.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Reconcile parts purchases and vendor invoices across multiple locations
  • Track core, warranty, defective, and returned parts to ensure credits are received
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing credits, and parts issues
  • Coordinate with service managers, advisors, technicians, and vendor representatives
  • Update and maintain accurate repair order information in Tekmetric
  • Process and document all returns within Tekmetric
  • Manage inventory ordering for the Placentia location
  • Maintain inventory records, pricing, vendor information, and stock levels
  • Perform and oversee weekly inventory counts for all locations
  • Organize inventory documentation and stock records
  • Schedule waste oil and coolant pickups while maintaining OSHA documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems for invoices and inventory records
  • Reconcile American Express accounts and investigate transaction discrepancies
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain financial documentation for month-end closing

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has exceptional attention to detail
  • Is highly organized and process-oriented
  • Enjoys solving problems and investigating discrepancies
  • Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Communicates effectively with service managers, technicians, vendors, and leadership
  • Is comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory software
  • Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through to completion
  • Wants to be part of a company that values precision and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts, inventory, or purchasing experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation and vendor credits
