Automotive Leasing Consultant - Genesis of Denville
We are looking for a highly motivated, client-focused Automotive Leasing Consultant to own the end-to-end client journey. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate financing and leasing options to find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Guide clients through the vehicle selection, features, and leasing/financing options.
- Needs Assessment: Listen to customer requirements and pair them with the ideal vehicle and lease structure.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage everything from initial test drives to credit evaluations and paperwork.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective and repeat clients using our dealership CRM.
- Product Expertise: Continuously master vehicle features, inventory, and lease programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales, finance, or luxury retail.
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident, outgoing, and consultative approach.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage CRM databases.
