What You'll Do

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the vehicle lot, showroom, and parking areas
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles to create an organized and visually appealing display
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns to management
• Maintain proper key organization and vehicle accountability
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and organizing incoming inventory
• Keep dealership grounds clean, safe, and free from debris or hazards
• Support the sales and service departments with vehicle movement and operational needs
• Follow dealership procedures for vehicle handling and lot management
• Represent the dealership professionally through attention to detail and pride in your work

• The lot remains clean, organized, and customer-ready every day
• Keys, inventory, and vehicle locations remain accurate and organized
• Customers receive a positive first impression upon arriving at the dealership
• Sales and service teams can operate efficiently because vehicles are where they need to be
• You consistently demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism
• You contribute positively to dealership culture and team performance
• You take ownership of your responsibilities and maintain high standards

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable moving and parking vehicles safely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to support dealership operations
• Automotive, porter, detailing, or lot attendant experience is preferred but not required
• Desire to grow within a professional dealership environment

Compensation & Opportunity

Compensation ranges from $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
