Automotive Lot Porter - Full Time

Job Type:  Full Time Position

Pay Rate:  $15/hr

On the job training, no experience required.

Job Responsibilities

• Porter is responsible for receiving pre-owned inventory from transport. This duty includes stocking in the vehicle and checking for transport damage.
• After service has completed PDI, porter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is ready for the lot and then stocking it accordingly
• Resposible to ensure all pre-owned vehicles have an AS IS sticker displayed and any certified stickers
• Rotate the lot to ensure the right mix of product 
• Replace inventory when units are sold
• Check and replace gas in units that are low
• Check tire pressure and battery on each pre-owned vehicle 
• Porter is responsible for trash removal on lot and exterior trash cans surrounding building

Requirements:

• A valid, insurable driver's license is required.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to pass a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check 

This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as Safety Sensitive work.
