Performance Nissan of Pompano is looking for a dependable, energetic, and professional Automotive Lot Porter to join our team. If you enjoy working around vehicles, take pride in keeping things organized, and understand the importance of customer service, we want to hear from you.

As a Lot Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the dealership's appearance while safely moving and organizing inventory. You will be entrusted with customer and dealership vehicles, making attention to detail and safe driving habits essential.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles between the showroom, service department, storage areas, detail department, and customer delivery area.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional-looking dealership lot.

• Ensure all vehicles are parked correctly and accounted for.

• Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery when needed.

• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any concerns immediately.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including checking fluid levels, battery condition, tire pressure, and fuel levels.

• Assist the sales and service departments with vehicle transportation and daily operations.

• Run dealership errands as needed.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Clean criminal background required.

• No exceptions to background or driving record requirements.

• Previous dealership or automotive porter experience preferred.

• Ability to safely drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.00 $24.00 per hour, based on experience
