Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $17.00 - $22.00.

What You’ll Do


  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services 
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential issues 
  • Check and top off fluids, replace filters, and inspect vehicle systems 
  • Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles 
  • Accurately document services and inspection findings 
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle needs 
  • Follow all safety and dealership procedures 
What We’re Looking For


  • Previous lube technician or express service experience required 
  • Strong understanding of basic automotive maintenance 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  • Desire to grow into a full-service technician role
